Processing Time

Captain Crazy’s ships nationwide using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS and FedEx. All orders include tracking at no additional charge.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping From Our Makers

Captain Crazy’s Snack Shack features both our own small-batch snacks and a curated collection of premium foods from artisan makers across America.

Captain Crazy’s products ship directly from our production facility in Lake County, Florida. Many of our artisan partner products ship directly from the maker to ensure you receive the freshest products possible.

If your order contains items from multiple makers, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment as it’s processed.

We ship using:

  • USPS (Ground Advantage / Priority Mail)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Free Shipping

If you qualify for our free shipping offer, we’ll use the most economical shipping method available.

Shipping Insurance

  • UPS includes up to $100 declared value coverage.
  • FedEx includes up to $100 declared value coverage.
  • USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 insurance.
  • USPS Ground Advantage includes up to $100 insurance.

Additional insurance is available upon request before your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

While we’re always happy to help track a package or assist with shipping issues, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
