Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We ship using:

  • USPS (First Class / Priority)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Free Shipping

If you qualify for our free shipping offer, we’ll use the most economical shipping method available.

Shipping Insurance

  • UPS includes up to $100 declared value coverage
  • FedEx includes up to $100 declared value coverage
  • USPS Priority includes up to $100 insurance
  • USPS Ground Advantage includes up to $100 insurance

Additional insurance is available upon request before your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

While we’re happy to help track or troubleshoot, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
