Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns. (Once it leaves our hands, we can’t safely restock it—Captain’s orders.)
That said—if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Or not up to our usual standards
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
