If you've been with us for a while, you know Captain Crazy's started with one simple idea: make ridiculously good snacks we'd be proud to serve our own family.
What began as small-batch roasted nuts in our Florida kitchen grew into Captain Crazy's Nuts & Fine Snacks, a wholesale business, and eventually opportunities to work closely with specialty food retailers and snack lovers from across the country.
Along the way, we discovered something.
America is filled with incredible small food makers.
Family-owned jerky companies. Artisan hot sauce makers. Craft candy makers. Small-batch popcorn companies. Spice blenders. Pickle makers. Chocolate makers. The kind of businesses that pour their hearts into every product but don't always have the marketing budgets of the big brands.
And we thought...

That's how Captain Crazy's Snack Shack was born.
Today, you'll still find our handcrafted nuts, snack mixes, taffy blends, and dried fruit. But you'll also discover products from carefully selected makers across the country — brands we believe in, products we've tasted, and snacks we'd happily bring home ourselves.
We're not trying to be the biggest snack store on the internet.
We're building a place where great snacks, great stories, and great makers come together.
